Conclusion on the possibility of division of real estate
Division is made in accordance with the legislation with issuing Conclusion concerning technical possibility of division of real estate.
Real estate properties, which include unauthorized constructed (reconstructed, replaned) real estate properties are not a subject of division.
The issue concerning division of real property may be considered only after recognition of their ownership in accordance with the law.
The division into separate immovable property must meet conditions stipulated by current building regulations.
The following steps are carried out in the process of documents preparation for the division:
- specifies the number of main and auxiliary buildings that are the part of real estate, and are made current changes in houses, buildings and structures to the technical inventory information;
- in the absence of notarized agreement or judgment regarding the use of houses, buildings and structures the statements of co-owners, whose signatures notarized are taken into account.
